Creates a section to add comments to a topic.

Parameters
  • DESCRIPTOR - Optional - Adds a adjective to "Comment." This is useful if you have more than one kind of comment in a topic.
  • TARGET - Optional - Specify the target where comments are added. Defaults to the BASETOPIC. Use to add comments to a parallel "discuss" topic.
