Used with MetaDataPlugin to rate pottery pieces

Render Rating Button

TARGET - optional - specify target topic to rate. Defaults to BASEWEB.BASETOPIC.
MINI - set to true to only display icon (no button title) for compact use.

Rating refresh javascript
